Its still not working. Please let me know when it gets fixed at your end.
Mine is working now.

From what I've gathered, their teams aren't allowed to work during teh day by Traffic Police
When Shuja came to install connection at my place , i asked him how many connection do they install daily. He told me that mine was the first connection of the day. And before that they were resolving the complains in near by areas.

Fiber link is the worst service! I applied for connection in November 2016 and it's April 25th 2017. Been bugging Shuja ever since, he keeps saying sir within 2 days and now it's 5 months. Whichever number I call from they put it on divert. Now mr Nauman is another guy who came to place and then said I'll come in the evening to install modem, now it's been a month he doesn't answer call anymore, picked last time and said mera accident ho gya hai.
What to do about these guys! Helpline doesn't do anything.
Totally helpless and clueless
Pls help.

Go to their office in lahore. Noman is there all the time. Noman and Awais are the guys who will install the modem. Noman is like a clerk and Awais is the main guy. Go to their office, call helpline, xomplain on their every post on facebook. U will get noticed by their higher management and then they will install it. Thats how they work.

Remarkably enough though, my connection hasn't gone down even once for the first week, pretty impressed. The speed has been perfectly consistent, even better.

Remarkably enough though, my connection hasn't gone down even once for the first week, pretty impressed. The speed has been perfectly consistent, even better.
90% of the downtime issues are usually disconnects that are only a couple of seconds long. You loose the connection and connect again within 30 seconds or so. You won't even notice these kinds of disconnects unless you're doing some hyper sensitive activity at the time like playing a game online etc.

I have to say, Fiberlink's Whatsapp support is excellent. They stay on top of things, are very efficient, resolve problems within minutes, and are more or less always aware of everything going on around their infrastructure. They're definitely proactive, and not reactive.

Once you deal with them enough, you'll start to see the cracks. Your messages would be replied to after hours when the issue is already resolved etc.

What I do is if an issue is fixed before they've even read my complaint, i just send them a message saying it's fixed

Not yet. Previous week i got today's date and today i got 4th May. But well i know the do have burden of many things. I can wait coz i am not the only one, it's been a history with previous clients that their connection got installed not less than 2 months.
Btw i applied on 14th march
