How to do a clean install:
Price

Make sure your Windows is activated and then proceed.
1. Now make an ISO of Windows 10 from their Media Creation Tool that you can find here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install (Make sure you download the right version such as 32bit or 64bit of Home or Pro, whatever you are eligible for which is Home most likely in your case.)
2. You can either burn the ISO on the DVD or make a bootable USB drive using their Media Creation Tool or you can just download the ISO from Media Creation Tool and use Rufus or Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool to make your USB bootable with Windows 10 ISO.
3. Now you can do a fresh install of Windows 10 directly on your laptop drive and once it's all done, you can go ahead and make sure it's all activated.
4. Create a restore point and then install your drivers, softwares etc so if you run into any issues you can revert back to that restore point and make sure to do it right this time.
4. Enjoy.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
