honestly I don't know much either, but polymer capacitors are generally quite better than electrolyte capacitors increasing their lifetime and overall performance over their lifetime. But this could just be a 'marketing' thing cause I would think that all motherboards now use polyer capacitors.. Sorry, someone else will have to give their input on this, though sicne it's just 500rs, I'd say go for it..
P.S turns out r9 270's are now going for 20 - 20.5k, so that saves you another 1k..

Which one is better h81m-E or h81m-c?
I checked them both, the H81M-E is better.

ASUS H81M-E (LGA-1150) - 6,000 PKR OR Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 (LGA-1150) - 6,000 PKR
Kingston 8GB DDR3 (1600MHz) - 8,100 PKR
Intel Core i5 4440 (6M Cache, 3.3GHz) - 21,000 PKR
Corsair VS 550 (550W) (42A on the 12V rail) - 5,800 PKR
Gigabyte AMD Radeon R7 260X (2GB GDDR5) - 19,000 PKR
Total: 60,000 PKR
Perfect build. Your choice as to what mobo you want, I like the Gigabyte one because the Gigabyte software lets you do cool stuff.

It is, but to save some money, I suggested the R7 260X. You can decide yourself if you're willing to spend a few extra k's to get a better GPU.

I never mentioned anything about F, lol.
I think E is better than C, a bit confused now. Besides, a few extra ports and whatnot aren't going to be much of a difference, no point in spending extra on a mobo when you're not OC'ing or running an SLI setup.

What's SLI?
SLI is when you're running a multiple GPU setup.
AMD Crossfire... its same as SLI, The only difference is that CF allows you too use different GPUs while for SLI you have to use same GPUs

Oho, I meant there's no point in spending extra money on any mobo because he's not running an extreme setup. The basic H81M-E is fine.
