yr mjhe body kam nai karni i mean zyada nai h lkn aur kam nai krni but my bro told me to work on hand grip whenever m free...so m doing that..
before 2 days i could only do 3 sets of 50..now i can do 3 sets of 70 :) if it doesnt make my wrist bigger..but it will make it stronger

anyways focused weightlifting will get you results, but it wont be easy. forearms aur wrist ki excercise lagao

Well you are whining in every other thread about your deficiencies and shortcomings. I suggest you man up and start learning some Full Body Contact Karate or something similar. Their are many full Body contact styles that are taught in Pakistan like Kyokushin, Shidokan, Seidokan etc. Go and join any legit Dojo teaching any of these styles. I personally like Kyokushin.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
