I spend FIVE years of my life exercising heavily. Jogging in Morning right after Fajar Prayer, and then Gym in evening with moderate weight lifting (i mean PROPER exercise - unlike some people who pick up weight like crazy and call it Exercise)

Then an year ago (i think its more than an year now), i got Jaundice. Doctors said that I have been suffering from this disorder from past approx 6 months i should've reported it before. Funny thing is, till 6 months i didnt even realize my weight loss due to this, even though plenty of people warned me about it. But i just neglected ... for which i had to bear the consequences. Its been more than an year now. Recovery period is so slow for me that i still just cannot get myself ready to go to Gym again, or do ANY regular exercise/activity.

I miss my old days. :( But who knows k iss main bhi Allah ki koi na koi hikmat ho gi.

And for the sake of your own health's sake, remove this picture from here. 90% of the people when watch such people, wont dare saying the magic word MASHALLAH. And it has been the case with me EVERY time someone would meet me. 90% of the people have always met me saying WOW AWESOME, NICE MUSCLES BRO .. etc etc ... only 10% of Allah-Lok will understand how important it is to say such words at such spots.

Before you make fun of the above mentioned theory, you should realize you are are muslims so ..... yea.

and you are damn right about that mashaALLAH phrase

one more thing, ALLAH doesn't like "dikhawa".. if u do it for fitness it's ok but do not exaggerate it nor show off

ok heres my official introduction in this thread.

so this is my story. im taking my time out to write it so that someone will benefit from it.

September 2010, i weighted 110KGs, had a 42" waist. i started running on a treadmill.in my first week i couldnt run more than 10 mins. yea it was pathetic. i started increasing my running gradually. and i totally started eating clean. by clean i mean no oily stuff,no fried chicken, no burgers and ofcourse no colddrinks.

a month went by and i didnt see any difference. i then started eating more vegies, and i went on a "high protein diet" (google it out). i started seeing results after like 2 months. and after like 7-8 months i lost 35KGS :)

heres my pic of before/after :


NOTE: observe the difference and check out the tummy fat .its gone. my current waist stands 31" and i weigh 76-78KGs right now. and i did that without taking any pills and stuff. just my hard work.

heres my routine workout which i used to do:

1) Daily cardio for atleast an hour.
2) Daily swimming for atleast 30 mins.
3) Daily boxing for atleast 15 mins.( i have a punch bag)

it all comes down to how far ur willing to go. i remember i went for running on eid-ul-azha right after fajr prayers. i didnt let my guard down for even a single day.

Now comes the body building part. heres a youtube video of me doing biceps.(sorry for the quality, as u can see the camera man sucked :p)

doing dumbell curls with 14KG x 2. Check out the arms. i got 16" of arms. will post HQ vid and pics later.
doing bar curl with 10KG x 2.
if anyone of u out there is looking to cut/bulk, i can help u . i can give u advices free. i can make your diet/workout chart.

PS: Shyber, JSHAK, sire ahsan and all karachi PG team members can verify my story here. they were the ones who have witnessed my transformation.

here is my story and im not done yet, my weight lose is still in process,
on eid-ul-fitr i weighted 101kg, then after 2 weeks of eid i started exercise like running mostly, didnt go to gym yet, and i reduced my diet, i started on 9th sept and i checked my weight on 30th sept and it was 97kg, i lost 4kg in a month, then in october i lost only 2 kg because when i saw 4 kg lose i thought its very easy to reduce wait no problem, so i increeased my diet and as a result i wasted october, then came november, starting from 1st november to yesterday i have lost 6kg and now i stand at 89Kg. im still fat but inshallah i have strong will power and i will get to 60s in next 4-5 months.
so my diet is this
morning: 2 slice of bron bread with 2 egg whites, no tea.
afternoon: bowl full of salaad:
at night mostly 2 slice of brown bread with little amount of vegitables.
and a glass of milk before sleeping.
no sugar no oils no nothing.
i didnt tok pics of me but now i will after watchin @joker.
