ok heres my official introduction in this thread.
so this is my story. im taking my time out to write it so that someone will benefit from it.
September 2010, i weighted 110KGs, had a 42" waist. i started running on a treadmill.in my first week i couldnt run more than 10 mins. yea it was pathetic. i started increasing my running gradually. and i totally started eating clean. by clean i mean no oily stuff,no fried chicken, no burgers and ofcourse no colddrinks.
a month went by and i didnt see any difference. i then started eating more vegies, and i went on a "high protein diet" (google it out). i started seeing results after like 2 months. and after like 7-8 months i lost 35KGS

NOTE: observe the difference and check out the tummy fat .its gone. my current waist stands 31" and i weigh 76-78KGs right now. and i did that without taking any pills and stuff. just my hard work.
heres my routine workout which i used to do:
1) Daily cardio for atleast an hour.
2) Daily swimming for atleast 30 mins.
3) Daily boxing for atleast 15 mins.( i have a punch bag)
it all comes down to how far ur willing to go. i remember i went for running on eid-ul-azha right after fajr prayers. i didnt let my guard down for even a single day.

doing dumbell curls with 14KG x 2. Check out the arms. i got 16" of arms. will post HQ vid and pics later.
