Zong MBB low download speed

For the past few months I have been noticing high upload speeds and low downloads speeds.
This is my speedtest



How do I solve this issue?

so you still have a faster connection than me

Zong service has gone to S##T

Try changing the network mode to 4G ONLY from the mbb settings.
The device moves back to 3G mode after a while so i have to do this everytime to get good speed/ping.

find network settings or the option to change modes. If its already on 4G move back to 3G then again 4G.

Zong speeds go down for me too once in a while but mostly I am getting around 10-25 Mb
