You know people can also directly import cars and not always buy them from dewaan or whatever

Most imported are used though.

A 550i is rare ... most 5 series are 3L here.

what do "you" drive? a Cadillac? why should one feels embarrassing in driving a suzuki FX or a Honda 70 scrambler or even a vespa?

Well it was made as a performance orientated vehicle ... the GTti spec and GTxx specs only. Since some people are wondering. The standard factory stuff in a GTti/GTxx which are 1987 desgin vechiles are 4 Wheel Disc Brakes, Strut Bars (those bars in the engine bay), Indepedent Mcpherson strut suspension rear and front both. That alongwith a 100hp Twin Cam EFi Turbocharged(yes EFi in a 87 vehicle)and 132nm tq engine in a 800kg car. Oh and bucket seats too ...

Turbocharged doesnt really mean perforamnce vehicles. Though turbos add power ... Kei cars are turbocharged because the 660cc engines dont have enough torque to lug around people.

Im jsut tellign the specs, no bragging. Bragging on this would be stupid lol.
