XBOX with Hitachi DVD Drive Can not be Jtagged ? And Best Place to get Jtag in RWP/ISL

My cousin got his XBOX 360 S 250Gb with Kinect Bundle from USA , when he went to get it JTagged the shop keeper said he had a Hitachi DVD Drive , and there was no hack available for it , after making him wait like for 6 months the shop keeper finally advised him to get the DVD drive replaced , so he got it replaced with a used Liteon i guess and then got it JTagged , cost him around 7k
So is it true that Hitachi DVD drives cannot be JTagged ?
Secondly i just got my own XBOX 360 S 4gb with Kinect Bundle from Saudia Arab
its a 2010 model , its new par purana rakha hoa tha .. long story

Anyways so i was thinking is there any one here in the community that Jtags Xbox 360 in RWP/ISl
or know any reputed Shop Keepers ? And whats the usual price of getting Xbox 360 JTagged ?
I seriously dont want it to end up in wrong hands who mess it up -_-

i think your 2010 model should be jtaged ..contact @faizy

he said now all consoles are hackable as the pcb of the drive are changable for jtag ..or u can do lt.3.0 and jtag both if you want .

jtag would cost i think rs.5 -7k depending on the pcb used
