yes it WILL WORK, all PSUs are forward compatible but not backwards.

EXAMPLE: A falcons PSU will work with jaspers while the jasper's PSU won't work with the falcon

Dude the 220v PSU will work with the Falcons but it is very highly un-recommended c`oz it rrods the consoles and i have seen tht happen

Oh my GOD, you are wrong. First of all 220V is just the voltage at which it runs. A PAL Jasper will come with a PSU that will run at 220V and it will NOT cause the Jasper to develop a RROD.So voltage has nothing to do with it.

The only bad thing that will ever come out of using a zephyr PSU with a falcon or Jasper is that energy will be wasted which will contribute to your electric bill.

Nothing will go wrong,no short circuiting and definitely no RROD (LOL).

The first Xbox 360 (Xenon) needs a 203W power supply. Falcon needs a 175W power supply but can also work with the 203W unit (it just doesn't need to draw that much power so the 203W unit is overkill, but it'll work). Jasper needs 150W but can work with a 203W and a 175W. In other words, the Xbox 360 power supplies are forwards but not backwards compatible.
