Aoa,
I'm confused in selecting between the Asus X99 Deluxe, Asrock X99 Professional and Asrock X99 OC Formula.

I'll mainly be doing 3D rendering, photo/video editing and gaming. I need a very reliable motherboard which can handle stresses easily for a long time.

When it comes to overclocking all three of these boards are on the same level. I was settled on the Asus X99 deluxe as asus is including a few features which may become handy for me in the future. The color scheme also suits my theme for the build but its 10k expensive than the OC formula.

Is the X99 Deluxe worth the extra 10k?

Well I'm kind of on a tight budget right now and planning to do this build in parts. I'm trying to think if I can spend that 10k in some other place, like a better GPU. I'm trying to get my hands on a used GTX 970.

Then asrock is way to go, I am assuming you are buying new and with proper warranty. If covered for 3 years then no need to worry,

Putting aside overclocking capabilities, what board is the best in terms of value for money, performance and the biggest factor, durability?

I cannot find asrock boards with three years warranty. Decided on a Asus X99 Deluxe U3.1, which is being offered with 3 years warranty.

Please recommend me a good shop or site from where I can get the motherboard, processsor and a 32GB quad channel DDR4 ram at good prices and has Cash on delivery. I was thinking of ordering from saqiscity but read that they have a very bad reputation.
I was thinking of ordering the processor from Galaxy and motherboard from czone. On czone I cannot find the option of COD while on the checkout for karachi.
