Sold my last website for $4k on Flippa (but damn, they charge SO HIGH fees)
Now, to coming to the point.
I have an ecommerce website that sells PDFs (mostly pirated), and sales are growing. Last month I got $720 in sales and this month in 13 days, I made sales of $548 (1 June - 13 June). Site ranks very well in Google for money keywords. Most sales are on weekends
Also sell guest post sometimes for $20 each (not a lot)
The site is 2 years old and has no issues yet. No problems whatsoever.

Cost per month?
I bought lifetime hosting, so its free (I will include hosting as well, so you don't worry about hosting). I sometimes use basic SEO services or basic ads via Fiverr. Max $10/month expense

Why am I not selling this on Flippa?
They charge too much! 15% sale commission + $100 for decent listing etc. also most items are pirated so....
What if I get DMCA notice?
In 2 years, just got 1, and took off that item (it wasn't even selling).
