Worth Flashing Galaxy S2 I9100G from GB to ICS ?

I bought I9100G few weeks back and its working great. Upgraded to Gingerbread 2.3.6 and now i have No lagsand all great games like NOVA 3, shadowgun and other heavy games are working flawlessly. Plus i am getting great backup times as well.

But the two questions that are in my head nowadays is that

1) Is it worth flashing (German) Latest ICS 4.0.3 from here on my S2G ? will it give me benefits like better battery backup, better 3D game performances and others? can someone provide with the changelog or the features that anyone noticed when they upgraded to 4.0.3?

2) Will flashing void my warranty?

The features will be more or less the same as ICS of I9100, so here's a changelog for that:

1. Ofcourse updates are there to provide betterment of many features, I always recommend upgrading for smoothness and what not.

2. Flashing, rooting, all voids warranty, but on ICS you can change that by using an app called TriangleAway which resets your stats to zero so you can reclaim it in warranty.
