Windows 8.1 high cpu usage! (hell needed asap :) ... i mean HELP)

Hello fellows recently my laptops fan have been making lot of noise. I checked TASK manager and found out that the processes, 'service host network service' and 'WMI Provider' have been using too much CPU memory.
I have almost uninstalled all the apps trying to fix this but no help.
The thing is when I after several tries am somehow able to end either of these tasks the CPU gets normal but after few minutes they go back on automatically!
Please help ASAP

Uninstall Conduit Search from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features that should fix your WMI Provider's Issue
