Will this upgrade be worth it keeping the price in mind or should I keep the same gaming setup?

i would not recommend you to buy i7 4790. Although it is a decent processor, it will soon get outdated.
Should go with 7700k.
As far as PSU is concerned, any goof 550-600 watts PSU should suffice. No need to go for hi fi brands.
Sir not just any. If some people are going to spend 60k or 100k+ on a PC I always see most of them skimping on a PSU which doesn't make much sense to me. Why not spend a little more for a good quality PSU? It is one of the most important components its just like the heart of your PC and looking at the problems of electricity in our country, a good PSU should be must unless you wanna put your whole PC to risk

Bro,
Technology is moving fast. Now all latest Power supplies are fitted with surge protectors and do a good job protecting your PC.
I bought Aerocool 600 watts PSU 7 years ago because it was cheap but a good brand. It still works amazing where as my previous Cooler Master PSU had died .

SO as i said, any good brand like, FSP, Corsair, Thermaltake are viable options. Antec PSU seems too over priced.
This also means that you should definitely avoid all CHINESE psu including Dany etc to protect your system.

I have had quite a few PSUs blown up in my face, have leaked capacitors etc. If there's one thing not to cheap out on, it's the PSU. Good brands are not that much more expensive than no-names, so definitely try to avoid brands you've never heard of before. Also, this goes without saying, never buy used PSUs.

Thank you guys!

Do you think 38k is a good price for Rx 580 8G? A cousin of mine is selling the one which he used for a month for his mining rig. I've got Xigmatec 600w psu and there's something wrong with my PC. Ram keeps on burning again and again. Maybe it's because of the used motherboards that I've bought all my life or what? It's just one ram that stops working after some time. I've changed like 4 till now. My corsair vengeance 8b ram :frown::frown::frown:
avoid cards that are used for mining purposes even for one month . They have high chance of getting boom in future

Bro,
Go for an i7, 7700k... even if you are not planning to over-clock. It's a very nice processor. Mobo doesn't matter much. As is with RAM, 8Gb is more than enough. 7th Gen components have dropped price compared to 8th Gen...
Also, Corsair PSU are good enough to buy, VX 650 is very nice. I have had it for 4 years, with no problems. Then it went poof on my upgraded GPU. It was ok until GTX 970...
GPU... Hmmmm... I am a Gigabyte guy, so i would say GTX 1070... Because i have a G1 1080. Don't know much about Rx 580. Avoid Mining cards at all costs. Also, you have to think about casing, cause the GPUs are beasts, they need space, and some airflow too.

I have just upgraded my PC rig 5 days ago, and it was painful, but worth it. Spent around Rs 215,000 and got the following... (Just for reference)

Asus Rog XG32VQ, 2K curved Monitor, 144MHz
Corsair 570X casing (Refurbished)
CPU i7 8700K
RAM 16GB Corsair (Refurbished)
H55i Corsair Cooler
MOBO Asus Maximus X Hero

I already had a GPU... G1 1080, and Corsair 750W PSU, LG sound Bar for speaker system, so they aren't included in this price. You can guess how awful it was for me, but, i needed future-proofing... LOL
Got casing and RAM in almost new condition by chance.

I don't plan to Over-Clock my CPU, RAM, Or GPU....... YET!
But i like to keep ample Horse Power in my pocket for Future :)

Yar, Don't know about prices now... Just today saw they had a new 4K UHD curved screen there for i think Rs 1,25,000...
I can give you the Senior managers number and you can ask your self about it.

They usually send out components by Leopards or TCS... your choice.
