Just get a Moto E5, it should be around 22k. Best bang for the buck smartphone, provided you're not using your phone to play a lot of PubG etc. If you want it as just a modern smartphone with all the modern sensibilities and the ability to run any apps from google play store, this is the best thing.
bro in this budget you can even get a Moto G6 or G6 Plus in grey markets.

& i think a Brand new Motorola G5s would be a better option than a Moto E5!

How's A30 compared to mi 8 lite? 33k without warranty on ishopping 4/64
Mi 8 Lite has better processor in SD 660, while A30 has Full HD Super Amoled Display which is better than the IPS display of Mi 8 Lite, and a much larger battery at 4000mAh instead of 3300mAh of Mi 8 Lite! The rest of specs i think are pretty identical!

& Mi 8 Lite without warranty can be had for 29,499 from Qmart!

Again, depends on what kind of usage you're talking about. If you're like me and only use your phone for occasional apps, music player etc and primary as a messenge/whats app etc device. The E series of phones are perfect, and there's no harm in saving money for other things ;)

Yeah but Mi 8 Lite doesnt have a MicroSD expandable slot! or a headphone Jack which might be a deal breaker for some folks!

In my experience always buy a used flagship phone in this budget. Look for Pixel 2XL, S8 or a One plus phone.

used phones often have issues, I bought iphone 6, got it repaired twice, ended up selling it.
so no thanks, a new phone is much better
As for S8+ I have already used it, it started getting slow, already own op6

You are correct, buying used phones is a big risk. If you are in Lahore then lemme know cuz i know a really good shop where you can get phones.

Also i have s8 which i bought new in 2017 November. The phone hasn't slowed down a bit for me.

The phones which don't have any fault are often sold in friends circle. And when they get some fault they are often sold on shops.

Shopkeepers never pay good for your device they only consider outlook of mobile due to which most of people avoid selling their fault free devices in local market.
