I would highly suggest a 1440p display if your getting a 27" screen, that is if your system is beefy enough to support that higher resolution and maintain playable fps.
However without looking into those 4 thoroughly I can list my own suggestions what you should be looking for:

If you play lots of FPS games and racing games with lots of fast action then you you will most benefit from:
1ms response time
120Hz or 144hz
Obviously those will only be available in TN panel

If you play RPG/RTS/MOBAS then you should be looking for an IPS panel, they only come with 60Hz but make sure it don't have over 5ms response. I WILL ONLY BUY 1440p WITH 27". 1080p Full HD Is SOOOO 2007.
The dell one you listed seems a best deal to me, only keep in mind it has 8ms Gray to gray scale response time which isn't pretty if you like playing competitive fps.

Get 1ms Monitor because you play bf3 alot and the 3 year warranty is a plus BTW Can you pm/tell me the prices for asus's and dell's monitor If you don't mind telling them.

1ms is useless if all you play are mobas/rpg/mmorpg/rts. As I already mentioned if you play lots of FPS games then 1ms + 144hz should be your priority. Otherwise you will benefit most from IPS display and higher resolution as picture will look far more better and crisp then those fast TN panels will ever display. It all boils down to your favorite game genre.
