Okay so after giving it a lot of thinking I have decided that in pursuit of coming back to my gaming career after 3 years of absence I should skip gaming consoles .now my main choices are either to buy a desktop pc or a gaming laptop .recently I am seeing a craze for data mining bitcoins and mostly the shops are out of stock for parts plus I have zero knowledge for assembling my own pc .so I have to buy a build up pc or buy a gaming laptop .so anyone of you have experience with any shop or online store from where I can buy a new genuine laptop or a build up pc desktop ? I have seen some of them on shophive.com or homeshopping.pk or paklap . Should I trust them ? Will I get a genuine brand new gaming laptop? At the moment I have 180,000 rs but I can stretch it to 250,000 if needed in 6 months time . All suggestions welcomed and if anyone of you think if I should still go for a console .kindly put your reason . St the moment I have 40 inch full hd Samsung 48 inch 5600 TVs at home.

You've made some discussion already in the PC helpdesk in somebody else's thread regarding your buying options and in fact member did respond you on your queries.
LEt's discuss it in PC helpdesk.

There are many laptops in the market having gaming label, but they lacks the ultra environment of gaming. I'd say just go with custom parts and get parts and ask any pc store to build that up for you. About you concern laptop being genuine or not. Actually most of the time people get what they ordered, but in few cases they did receive the product not being asked, as some complaints have been seen here about disagreement between the order and the product supplied.

IF you want to go easy on your first build and budget is not a problem, then you could consider a prebuilt Computer from ASUS.
A PG is selling this. It already has the high end components inside, such as i7 skylake, 16GB RAM and GTX 1070 graphics card would give you enough room to play games very high to ultra settings.
Asus ROG Gaming Rig i7 6TH Gen With Gtx 1070 8gb

The thing is available on shophive.com as Brand New
ASUS Republic of Gamers G20CB Desktop Computer

Before you make your final decision, please do go through its reviews so you will know what you'll have. The shortcomings I can see in that pre-built machine are the upgradability and noise performance. In future, if you wanna upgrade your component it might not be as easy as custom build PCs. So, I'd still prefer custom builds over pre-builds. Check out the reviews and make your mind.

As for Panel, I think 27 Inch 1080p IPS would be fine for your need.

The same specs like the above machine would cost comparatively lower a bit lower, but with addition of better specs like 16GB memory, much better power supply unit and cooling solution will increase the final budget.

I've taken following specs from Czone.com.pk and Pakdukaan.com

Core i7 7700K processor
ASUS Rog strix Z270H or any better mobo under 25K
16GB Corsair DDR4 Memory
GTX 1070
Corsair H100i All-in-One liquid cooler
Corsair RM 750x power supply
Corsair Obsidian 750D Pc chassis
Seagate 3TB or 4TB Hard drive
Zotac T400 256GB SSD for windows

These specs are trending, will cost you approximately PKR 220,000/-. This is of your choice; you can upgrade or downgrade from this, would entirely be on you, while you're bound with prebuilt - preset machine. In custom build, you're controlling the machine, while the prebuilt, like Asus G20CB, the machine is controlling & limiting your options, not entirely but to much much extent.

I'll stay from the PC vs Laptop argument, but if you're interested in mining then getting a laptop for that purpose is a bad idea, they aren't meant to run at full tilt 24/7

I see and for how many years I can run games on ultra or high settings with this setup ? Plus for how many years or timeframe it will be only that I need to just buy a new video card rather then the whole system before it starts bottlenecking the whole system ?i know accurate estimates are difficult in this regard but with your own experience you can give me some approximate

If the purpose is only gaming (assuming 1080p platform) and not mining or streaming work, then it would serve you for at least 2 years. GTX 1070 has 8GB VRAM, capable to handle any game you throw in at very high to ultra settings. I am still using i5 4670K from past a year now and does gaming a lot, haven't feel any bottlenecking in games. I had ASUS strix RX 480 and it was averaging the frame rates at 55 fps when on 1080p resolution. For gaming, even i5 processor is enough to perform at peak levels because 80-90% games requires i5. Furthermore, I don't see i7 7700K and GTX 1070 bottlenecking, at all. In fact, with above specs, you will have a prestigious 1080p gaming setup.
