Interested in 1070Ti, 1080p ultra settings, or may be 2k ...

1060 6GB will serve you fine at that resolution. If you are SURE that you will get a 2k monitor then get a 1070 else no need.

Am not into overclocking thing, as i didnt done ever, so not know so much about that ...
As for not knowing so mu h about that, is there any advantage of overclocking ?

In games, not really. In rendering and multi-tasking, yes, it does create some difference, however, not exponentially high.
The fact is, you do not need 6 cores for Gaming-only purpose, but a 4 core processor is already does that very well. So, an unlocked 6 core processor is much better than 4 core highly overclocked processor.

Get a NVMe supported motherboard and you will all set for another 2-4 years.
