That car that u just referred to as bling has the most strongest engine every to come out of Japan in terms of internal reliability...that engine could take 600-700hp without modding internals, where the gt-r was a luck game after 500hp-600hp, this took to 600hp+ with ease on stock internals! a big turbo on this car and all you have to do is wait for boost it literally annihilates I mean Annihilates just about all sorts of american to European shit out there...go to youtube and you will see supras raping more cars then any other car out there!

Common lets admit one thing guys, top gear has to be the most entertaining auto program out there its just simply a good watch and jeremy is a very good entertainer and lately he has also learnt driving....if you guys want the most appropriate critical testing nothing beats BMI videos its been a great program since ages now!

well said deltree. sitting with bums on pc chair is easy to tell what's good and what's ain't but to explore and explore like enthusiasts can show us the real thing Japanese are attacking at. my Japaneses mate who studied here with me at university of Canberra has 1UZ-FE HKS Supra 2002 and with custom built is now putting down well over 1500rwhp + Sport-tuned suspension, leather-trimmed seating, 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, hollow carpet fibers and an automatic climate-control with traction control and he's still wanna put more force to the RW's. it shows never under estimate chunkas (chunkas i refer to all japanese auto maniacs) and he's one of them....totally nuts.

Forget comparing the supra and others to cars INSIDE japan, there are people elsewhere too. I dont care what the supra has got, a customized supra against a standard european car? You call that comparison?

if a 2.0 ltrs standard EVO (Mitsu)or WRX (Subaru) having 227+kwh can deliver stunned results by the Japanese engineers then think twice they can have the ability to boost power to even v8 or v10 to 600kwh standard if their Govt. can give them the way they did for GTR ... a green signal not being too conservative.
