just go to any key maker and get it made for like 500rs or so . make duplicates of your car key etc if you dont have a spare.
no this is just the key part. the fob etc costs are different but the key makers do know about them too.
by remote I think u mean the smart entry fob? those things cost a lot and range between 10k to 100k depending upon car. the most common Toyota fob costs around 15k including reprogramming the car's smart entry system

Yeah Toyota smart key fobs cost between 10 and 20k, sometimes more if you have an expensive car like the Crown, or a Land Cruiser.
German car key fobs are ridiculous, starting at like 50k or so.
But if you drive a primitive Indus Motor Corolla, with no smart key shit, then it costs like 300 rs to get a new key.

I bought a key+remote+immobilizer for Toyota for $20. Got it cut for $3 and programmed the immobilizer and the remote myself for free.
You need a working spare key to be able to program it. If you dont have any key at all then you will have to bite the bullet and pay whatever the dealership asks.

my key got stolen with my mobile last year. it had immobilizer also of my suzuki wagon R
so i went to dealership. they asked around 25k for complete new keys and all locks replacement of the car and coding done thru pak suzuki. well i had insurance so it helped me tackle the 25k impact
