What would be the quietest GTX 1080 under load?

MY G1 GTX 1080 is already pretty quiet and can barely hear the fans underload (its certainly the same or better than my Asus strix 970)

However, I want to go a step further and want something that is close to dead silent. I've currently ordered an Astrix Strix 1080 OC, an MSI Sea Hawk X 1080 and a Zotac Amp Extreme 1080. (I obv wouldn't want to go with all 3 as its a pain getting these to Pakistan and just choose the one that fits my needs the best)

Which one of the 3 would be quietest? Unfortunately all the reviews I've checked don't really have super perfect Noise graphs, all are off b 1-3 dbA if you compare between two different sites since the equipment they use vary a lot I'd believe.

What would you pick out of the 3 if the 1-2% fps difference didn't really matter between the cards and the only criteria was dead silent operation during load?

You cant get it to be dead silent under full load. No GPU is designed for that, not even a Titan X(P) would do that. The fan noise can be reduced with a custom fan curve but mac007 is right, liquid would allow you to run the fans at less than 15% rpm while still not thermal throttling. Go for a msi/corsair hybrid 1080 or wait for EVGA to come up with a hydro series 1080 card.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
