Im a Pc gamer i've no experience in console gaming, im purchasing a ps4 for my younger brother but i've no idea which one to purchase, Region 1,2,3 ? Pal, ntsc? so far i know there isnt much difference but still which one would you buy ?

well get ps4 games work on every reg of ps4 console get the reg 3 its cheapest

I would recommend you to buy region 2, region 3 X and O are inverted.
