Video Games do increase the knowledge as well if you play simulators or other such realistic type games (not the arcade styles ones) as well as it helps your mind to get a relaxation feeling too..

Discovery Channel showed a program about it..how video games can cure patients in a hospital..

well and pakistan parents dont really care about rating so thats y young lads have an effect. Yes it depends on their minds but about 70% will take bad effect from some games. Like even 10 , 11 year old kids play GTA which is rated mature!

Americans are friggin pansies, i have been watching R rated movies and playing M rated games since i was 8 or 9 so do a lot of people i know. Nothing happens, get over it go talk to psychiatrist or something pansy.

Very true. Very true indeed!

Contrary to common belief, video games give experience to children, teach them what not to do, like in reverse psychology. I have two incredibly sensitive cousins who have never uttered swear words in their life, but they're huge GTA fans. It's common, people do the exact opposite of what they see on TV and video games. At least, the people I know.

I've never met those quiet-manhunt-playing murders...I wonder if anyone has? They could as well be fake schemes by Jack Thompson :O Who knows!
