I was thinking of getting the ATI Radeon 4890 What you guys think is it too much?

right now i have a 400 watt psu atx but i'll get that changed no problem and my budget is about 250$ for the card 4890 is going for 190 dollars on newegg so ya

resolution would be 1440x900 most probably thats my monitors native resolution other wise i might go up if i am getting a good card xd

Umm, I recommend a HD 5770 for you as your playing res is only 1440x900, and Get a CX400w or Xigmatek 400w as it'll keep you on the safer side... :)

Or if you can wait, Then GTX460 is coming next week, It ill be under 200$ and performs equal to a 5830.....

brother as hassan said don't get 4890 and get 5770 bcz its better choice for you
its power requirements are low and its performance is good and also its dx11 card
and tell the specs of your psu may be you don't need a psu for this card
