i dont want to fancy coz my system entirely not good enough but i guess buying one these cheap will do no wrong anyway here my option

(suggest any good under 8k if you know)

If you want to play games then these gpu's are literally worthless for modern games, you'll be wasting your 8k.

Try to find an nvidia 950, if gaming is your reason for buying a gpu.

thanks for suggestion i will look for navidia 950 but isnt it waste to spend more than 10k on core duo2 :3

You'll be fine with a 950 gpu, try to play at lower settings due to your cpu.

I think you should be more specific, you mean GTX 950 right? Anyways it's way further than his budget. He doesn't want to play the latest games.
Anyways, you'll have to go with something more than R7 240/GT 730. Why not GTX 750 ti? That seems more reasonable. If you're even more tight on your budget, let me know.

anything under 10k would work for me. it doesnt seem right to spend alot on my core duo
ps i just want play fifa 15 or 16 :3

Well first of all you also gotta be sure what GPU slot you have and how much power supply you have.
I can bet on the power supply that it's probably enough because the older GPUs don't require much power supply, as for the slot, you'll have to download CPU-Z to find out. (Sorry if you know all this info already)
But for 10k my suggestion will be Radeon HD 5770, great 720p gaming and can easily handle Fifa 15/16.
Try looking it up on google for your place.

You are wrong, gtx 750 ti will work perfectly fine with a core 2 duo pc.

Theyre really fast compared to the 750ti and in the same price range
