As the title says, I have already asked a seller about a cable but he told me that it is for charging only. Is there any product available to do the trick?
I have the wireless connector for PC but that stupid AAA battery, the controller keeps turning off and it is so annoying. Is there any cable solution available that will not require AAA batteries? Play and power the controller at the same time, is it possible?

Two methods,

Wireless connection:
You can connect your Xbox 360 controller to your PC via the Xbox 360 wireless receiver. You have to buy the receiver, connect it to your PC, then wirelessly connect your controller to the receiver.

Wired connection:
Use the Xbox 360 Play & Charge cable to connect your controller to PC. It does not require batteries to be present, this cable makes the wireless controller a wired controller without batteries.
