Ok guys since the real WC is now gonna start, I thought we make a prediction thread to see who is PG's Nostradamus.
Rules are simple, you each will give a prediction for the result of a match before the start of the match according to the start times here http://www.icc-cricket.com/world-t20/fixtures/men (as it will be very difficult for me in case of delays), also predict the man of the match.
Post format:
Match: ASD vs BCD
Result: XYZ wins
MOtM: ABC
You get 3 points for the correct result and 3 points for correct MOtM. In case match is abandoned, no one will receive any points. Good luck
Edit: Any posts made for predictions after they have closed will be deleted as it would create difficulties for me to keep correct count
BONUS POINTS:
OK guys just for the final, since I'm happy India was knocked out, I'm gonna give those who can correctly predict the score made by the team batting first a bonus 10 points. The prediction can be off +-10 runs at most. For example, if the score at the conclusion of the first innings is 100, predictions in the range of 90-110 will we counted as correct. But, just to make this fair, you only get this bonus if you can guess the winner of the final correctly.
