Want to put my ptcl dsl on bridge mode....don't know how..

ok my 1 mb gives 512 kb speeds sometimes...like around 50 KB/s...i've heard that if u put it on bridge mode this problem is solved...can anyone help me how with a lil basics ? im noob on this...

i know my dialing password 'ptcl' and the username as well....but idk how to creat that conection..what to click ? and what to dial as the number too..lol please be a lil basic about this

as far as i know, for bridge mode, you have to have a real IP, i.e., 202.xxx.xxx.xx type IP from your ISP.

I used to have that IP before and it used to run on bridge mode; thats how i know.

i know how to go into the modem setup and change it to bridge mode but idk where to make a conection from and what to dial n stuff.
