USB Slots Not Working

I'm on windows 7 64, on a Dell Latitude laptop for the past few weeks the usb slots haven't been working.

They only work in the BIOS/System Restore options, i've tried everything I can to get them to work on windows proper but to no avail, I think the issue started when I installed DS4Windows, it had a Virtual bus driver or something which might have screwed something up.

Any tips?

also why you are still using W7 ? i mean why don't you install Win10 that runs much better and fast.

That was just due to the cold, it works fine now.

Hmm. I will suggest you to view if there is hardware or software issue from My Computer>Properties>Device manager. See if there is any problem from Universal Serial Bus section.
