Unstable downloads. HALP!

Alright so Ive been facing this rather irritating issue of downloads stopping. The internet connection is pretty solid.

First was a repeated DNS error that I fixed by overriding to OpenDNS.

Now error comes up that I cant connect to server/psn.

Any ideas? And does the "location" set in your PSN account matter? I made a US account. Should I make another of ... UAE perhaps?

Same problem here.
OpenDNS, US Account, Region 1 console.

Game update will start downloading, if I check again after a while, it'll either show some ridiculous ETA like 40 hours or it'll say 'Preparing to Download (0%)' and stay like that until I restart the console.

I have 3 updates lined up, I can't do any of them cause they keep stopping.

its an issue with PTCL and their speeds atm..happening with many users...

I think undersea cable is broken, thats why internet is throttling

I am using it with my cable net and its working fine for me may be there is something wrong with PTCL users.
