Txt and Ms word files not deleting

Ok i need to delete these files that I downloaded from my emails but whenever I try it says I don't have permission to delete this file I tried searching this problem on Google but never find anything tell me how to delete these files it's annoying and I can't seem to find this location either "data user 0 com.mic"

Are you deleting them through the Outlook app or a file explorer?

The directory is not com.mic, but it's probably com.microsoft or something along those lines.

I was deleting them in "Ms Word" App, i was searching and found this and it looks like my problem is solved i pressed this Word app and in app info>Storage i pressed clear data now files are gone but i am not sure if i have deleted it from my phone, its in my email i dont want to remove it from my email or delete my email its just that when i downloaded this word/txt attachment it refused to get deleted no matter what i did it was annoying then i found this solution only problem is that it deletes every file anyways i just want to know if clearing data was enough i dont want it in my phone.
