[SOLVED] Twitch streams buffering on PTCL 20mb VDSL connection.

As the title reads, Twitch streams buffer like I am on dial up. Streams used to work fine about a year ago even when I only had 8mb ADSL connection. Complaining to them only leads to port refresh and they keep asking for line stats which are totally fine. Tried a few VPNs but nothing worked. Any suggestions or anyway I can atleast watch streams on 720p without constant buffering on this "High speed" internet connection? Their stupid and nonsense replies such as check line stats are really starting to get annoying.

Something is wrong with their routing .i remember when I had ptcl I always used to get buffering on twitch .i had to get a vpn to avoid buffering on twitch on ptcl ,
