ok i didnt have time to read through all the responses, but here goes..
firstly, i am a self taught game developer myself and i have been doing it since 15.. i am the co-founder of Nerdiacs.. its got less to show right now but believe me when i say i have killed myself to get to the level i work on right now, and i have had decent enough offers from reputable companies so i think this is what you want to achieve..
now, one of the foremost things is to maintain focus.. if things look hard right now to concentrate then maybe you arent motivated enough, because believe me things would get harder once you dive into it..
your mind is racing right now, its the age for that so you are just trying to jump and get your hands on to everything.. that wont help.. take it all in a single line.. think of a project to do, a small game lets say.. now start working on it, when you need the models, build the models when you need the textures make the textures and when you need the sounds make the sounds.. that way, you will get your hands on experience doing everything, and it will automatically fall onto a single line, that you are working on.. right a blog post regarding it too if you feel like it, the point is that all the things that you want to do should fall into that single project, its like placing all the dots on a single line..
it will take time to understand how to organize your brain, but the thing you should remember is to place things in a linear flow, and work on everything one after the other..
another important point, web design? cut it, that would mean jumping around all over the place.. focus on one object, being a top notch game developer.. once you are good enough, you will have all the concepts to do what ever you want to..
i hope this helps, to be honest there is little anyone else can say to help you focus.. you just need to be that motivated to achieve an objective and only then would you put in the amount of effort required to be the best..
