The Walking Dead: Season Two is an upcoming episodic graphic adventure based on Robert Kirkmans The Walking Dead Comics and developed by Telltale Games. It is the sequel to critically acclaimed The Walking Dead (winner of over 80 GAME OF THE YEAR AWARDS), with the first episode set for digital release in December of 2013, and a retail collector's DVD edition planned at the conclusion of the season. The game will employ the same narrative structure as the first season, where player choice will have a permanent impact on future story elements; Telltale plans have the player choices recorded in save files from the first season and the additional episode 400 Days, to carry over into the second season.Clemintine, who was the player's companion during the first season, will become the player-character in Season Two, according to Telltale.

The game is to be separated into five episodes, similar to the first season.

[h=1]Telltale Games Confirms Release Dates for The Walking Dead: Season 2[/h]

You'll soon be playing The Walking Dead: Season Two as Telltale has officially confirmed release dates for the anticipated sequel. Depending which platform you choose to play on, you'll may be able to start the title in just a few hours


In a tweet, Telltale confirms that Season Two will arrive today on Steam worldwide and PlayStation 3 in North America. Tomorrow, Xbox 360 users worldwide will be able to download the game. iOS users can begin playing later this week from the App Store.


The game has been confirmed for Ouya and PS Vita though it seems like those versions may not release this week.

The Walking Dead: Season Two – A Telltale Games Series will continue the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned at the outset of the undead apocalypse, now left to her own devices to seek safety and survive in a world gone mad. Now assuming the role of an ordinary child, players will struggle to outwit both the dead and the living in situations that will test their morals and control the flow of the story through their decisions and actions.

Season Two will use your save files from Season One and 400 Days, so make sure you've completed those games and kept those save files around if you want to transfer your story decisions over.

Well, this episode started off with a bang.

Though, I'm guessing Telltale thought that we just finished TWD Season 1 and started this right after. =/

Just finished the episode I really enjoyed it so here's a spoiler free opinion. Well, the intro was quite shocking to me and so were the events right after. My favourite character was definitely the dog since I didn't see his role coming at all. As for gameplay, it's the best part since now you have to survive as Clementine the tough but vulnerable little girl and also due to some more interactive changes. The episode is a long one too around 3 hours so that's a plus. One complaint I have though is that Clementine didn't seem to have any specific purpose other than surviving unlike the previous game she had a bunch like finding her parents, going to a certain place, aiding Lee, etc so I hope they elaborate on this in the next episode. Also, there were minor frame rate issues most of which are already fixed though with a patch. Overall, I'll give it a 9.5 (2t)

The best part about Season 1 was not survival, it was to not care about yourself but to live for one little girl and die for her. They made us indulge in that feeling so good that you just were one tough son of a gun who made the toughest choices and who cared about Clementine only. Now In Season two we are playing as Clementine so the feeling of being tough is completely out of the window.. Its like sometimes i don't know what choices to make, be tough or be a 10 year old. but nevertheless it was good reviving the TWD experience.Will rate it 8/10. looking forward for the next episode.

The Dog part was great, Had to kill it.

Just completed the episode.

Had high expectations, wasn't disappointed one bit. Started off great, went fan-fucking-tastic and ended with a bang. Wished it completely that it shouldn't have ended.

Visuals have gotten extremely great (as apparent from the suturing scene...). The narrative and the heavy emotion to it was completely superb, but that was to be expected from the follow up of the 2012's GoTY.

Clementine's VA outdid herself once again by pouring in the emotions in her, too bad I missed Lee when I saw the photograph with Clementine by that fire.

Well good thing is, by the time we wait for Episode 2, we might get The Wolf Among Us's Episode 2 to keep us going.

So who is Clem referring to in the next episode ? The obvious are Lily, Kenny or Christa. I want it to be Kenny, but i think it will be Lily.

Absolutely loved it. The Walking Dead definitely retains the flare and touch of brilliance that it exhibited with the first season.
