This is not true in my case because we have optical fiber Internet in our village and currently I am having 15 Mbps PTCL VDSL connection

I also have Fiber connection of 25Mbps connection VDSL and whenever I download something on torrents .. TV gets glitch and stutters..

I heard about this thing from someone else too. However, as per PTCL claim, they give an extra 4 Mbps speed only for PTCL IPTV. Did you try to connect your IPTV via LAN cable to check the same thing?

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
