The sad state of my Life

Recently I noticed I got bed bugs in my room , I can't sleep all night properly scratching all over my body .I have tried sprays but all useless. Any sugestion to get rid of bed bugs .

wash your bed sheets in high temp water

Clear your bed from every thing, make it total nude.
Keep it in an open place like lawn or roof top etc.
Flow in hottest water in all its joints and cracks.
Apart, clean your all bedding things and room.

Have u seen the khatmal itself on ur bed ??? Otherwise it cud be due to scabies tooo..

I had them a month ago. I just woke up randomly at 2AM itching my arm and I turn the light on and there are like 500 bugs on my mattress. Sprays dont work that well on them. They're damn annoying. Call the exterminator.

YES. They were visible. I used spray and I don't use that mattress anymore and I don't sleep in that room anymore.

Have you seen them? What do they look like? I too am recovering from a "bed bugs" problem, but it turns out it's not bed bugs that are biting me, it's fleas. They are smaller than ants in size, impossible to catch (unless you pick them while they are still biting you), impossible to crush.


I let my mattress sunbathe, but it didn't affect them. I am getting a new mattress but for the meanwhile, my mum has put some sort of leaves under the sheet which has, surprisingly, stopped them from biting me. My left arm, which was full of red bites, disgusting to look at, is now normal again.^_^
