My friend you really need to understand what actually spectrum means. A single spectrum always made by 2 frequencies one for downlinking and second for uplinking. Thats why it called 2*5 or 2*10.
For example 2100 MHz spectrum that companies are using for 3G in pakistan uses 2 frequencies, 2100 MHz for downlinking and 1900 MHz for uplinking. So Telenor's 5 MHz spectrum of 2100 MHz actually uses 5 MHz from 2100 MHz and 5 MHz fron 1900 MHz and called 2*5 MHz spectrum in 2100 MHz band.
Same goes for 850 MHz, it use 820 to 830 MHz for downlinking and 880 to 890 MHz for uplinking and called 2*10 MHz spectrum in 850 MHz band. And telenor is using half of it for 3G and remaining for 4G.
