I have the du meter installed it showed 1Mbps exactly.When i activated hotspot it jumped to 5 Mbps which is the highest speed i get and you know about it .. i restarted the modem but it wasnt moving above 1Mbps on utorrent & it was shooting on direct downloads via safari.

Is the du speed meter an Android app, or a Windows app?
With Android, when a VPN is on, "double counting" occurs - it's called "loopback". This, sometimes, can lead to inaccurate results.
What if you tried a speed testing website? Do you still get 5mbps speeds?
Since it's a VPN connected to a foreign server, selecting a different server shouldn't really impact much (but you never know...)

zong ping have improved alot but still they spike alot...du/indian servers have 80 ping but go till 140 then come back during peak hours

It means Zong and PTCL's traffic is connecting locally within Pakistan instead of going out of Pakistan first and then back into Pakistan. This causes ping between the two to be high, not anymore though, this has been done because of the PTCL gaming lounge thing.
PTCL is now peering directly (not fully but directly as far as PTCL gaming servers are concerned) with Zong, Mobilink, Ufone, Wateen, Qubee, Fiberlink, Fariya etc networks.
