[SUB]Hey guys, I searched around this board and couldn't really find a thread where people can get together and share their love of game Art Books. They've become such a big thing now that one comes out for nearly every game, whether packaged with a Collector's Edition bundle or sold in isolation. They're always a great way of getting to know the grueling process that went into creating the game for art and game enthusiasts alike. Anyway, to start things off, I'll share two of my recent acquisitions which I think should spark interest in alot of you.

The Sky: The Art of Final Fantasy Slipcased Edition.

The Sky is truly a treat for any Final Fantasy fan. I've been a great admirer of Yoshitaka Amano's work so I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to snag this collection of his illustrations.
It came packaged in a massive cardboard box covered in silk with one of Amano's illustations. Inside the box are 3 books, Book 1 covers FF1-3, Book 2 FF4-6, and Book 3 FF7-X.
I love how there's hardly any text in the book, as the drawings themselves take center stage.

I absolutely love artbooks but you can't get them here in Pakistan :9
Not to mention they're too expensive. So I just live with PDFs.

Where do you buy them?

Depends really. Some of them were brought in by people who were visiting from abroad. Some were part of collector's editions I bought. Lately I've been ordering them myself from Amazon. They ship to Pakistan but it can take a while.

You'll be surprised to know I've seen some lying around in Sunday Bazaar too.

I love art books but sadly they are expensive.

And well, I have MGS Legacy edition, it came with a sort of Art book. Its more like a picture book than art as they are simply pics of covers and whatnot of MGS series.
