Having This Issue When i installed he Gpu
I bought XFX HD Radeon 6770(Full Slot Cooler one) Yesterday, Installed in the Pc, Before installing And After Installing The Gpu Drivers, i was having this same issue that my Local Area Network is not showing in the Network Devices..
But In the Device Manager it is showing that the Driver for Network is installed, but it has Yellow Exclaimation Mark On it..

And When I Removed the Gpu, and using PC on Built in Graphics The LAN is working Perfectly

I Uninstalled the Network Driver, Install the latest one, but same issue with GPU
Uninstalled the Network Driver, Installed GPU Driver and then Installed Network driver, but cant help..
On Disabling the Network Driver from Device Manager, The LAN appears in the Network Device as Disabled, I tried to Enable it, but It cant get enabled (See Picture # 2)

So please help me in resolving this issue, want to resolve it ASAP, Coz get only 3 days to check the GPU..

1 More Question: What should be the Temperature of GPU in idle and full Load, in m case for XFX HD Radeon 6770(Full Slot Cooler one)

After Installing Windows Which Driver Should i Install First? LAN or GPU Driver??
As in Intel DH67BL, Almost All Necessary Drivers Need To Install Manually...

Unfortunately you've got a crappy bios over there i.e. 0150 :D
Update your bios bro :D

Answer to your problem:

-
The loss of LAN after updating to BIOS version 0150+ is caused by a previously unseen memory allocation conflict between ATI* video cards and the onboard LAN resources. This behavior has not been observed with other manufacturer’s add-in video cards. As a temporary workaround, LAN connectivity can be restored by removing the ATI video card and using onboard video instead.

Intel regrets any inconvenience caused by this issue and is working to provide a corrected BIOS as soon as possible.
