The best way to place complain to PTCL?

Hi,

I have PTCL landline phone and unlimited 4mb broadband connection. Since 12th May there is too much noise in my phone and Internet disconnecting every now and then. My area's lineman has changed which I did not know so I called the old lineman after placing complain on 1218. The new lineman can and restored my phone and Internet but after 2-3 hours the problem returned. Again placed complain and called the new lineman and he restored phone and Internet but again the problem returned after 2-3 hours. I have been doing this since 12th May and still the problem remains. I also sent an email to PTCL cares but nothing happened. Also I wish to inform that I always give handsome chai pani to linemen. Please inform me what should I do?

Complain to PTA and CC PTCL in the email. Tell them that PTCL refused to help you.

Complain to PTA and CC PTCL in the email. Tell them that PTCL refused to help you.

I request you therefore to kindly also inform me the PTCL email as there are many on the PTCL website so I am unable to decide which PTCL email should I send the email to. I usually send the complaints on

And CC PTA along with it.

Or complain to PTA, but CC PTCL in the email.

I never did chai pani ever to PotiCL guys , I used alternatives ,
but now as mutaza said PTA ko email karo better,

PTCL has the most pathetic customer support. I have been facing high ping in R6 to asian servers and have been complaining about it for almost a year now and their staff assures me that issue will be fixed but its the same bs every time. They keep on sending the technician to my house despite knowing that its a routing issue. Im so done with their bs and will complain to PTA and hope that they take strict action against them.
