guyz TF2 is finally done downloading (9.9GB) and it loads too,that first screen comes with big dude with a valve on his head and then the screen that says powered by source comes,after that a black screen and back to the desktop as if nothing happened.Any idea? And im on steam.

Try disabling that video with -novid parameter in advance option.
If it doesn't works try running it with directx 8 or even 8.1 by putting -dxlevel 81 in advance option, which is as fast as 9.0+ but for low-end gpus and built-in graphics.

u mean 'Advance Options' from the main screen? TF2 works perfect on my PC, but usually i play it on lappy :S and on lappy it kinda lags behind for a minute or 2 then runs smoothly. Would love if it wont lag at startup
