Have permitted as it is used for self defensive. Act II B article 6 law, It is not used to kill someone, it gives a sudden nervous lap point to suspend the senses.

guns are also sold for self defence, no gun is ever sold for the purpose of killing someone.
and on the point of " can tasers kill" i suggest you do your research, ....
