I doubt you can find tasers in Pakistan. They are usually used by highly trained security firm companies like S.W.A.T. I don't even think Paki police employs them.
Yes you may find deadly arm's in Pakistan more commonly then the rest of the world but I am negative about tasers.

If you want tasers for personal protection from street criminals, I think it is a bad bad idea.
In foreign countries muggers usually dont carry a gun, they have a knife or just intimidate you.
In Pakistan, street criminals always have a gun and they will shoot you without hesitation.

U can find them easily in Peshawar Bara Market. If u have someone there, have them get one for u.

You'd need an automatic taser with a drum magazine for Pakistan.

AFAIK only stun guns are available and allowed in Pakistan, I have a few stun guns, but can't find any tasers
