As the title says, I want recommendations for buying an android tablet for personal use. OK here goes the requirements list:

Drawing/painting
Reading
Movies
Gaming (mostly psx, nds emulation)
Surfing
High performance
Long battery time
Good design

My budget is 1 lac so it shouldn't be a problem. I just want the best android tablet available. And please don't suggest Ipad air, I hate Ipad.

Anything else you wanna know, ask away.

With your requirements you would be better off with a surface, but if Android is your flavor then you should go for the Samsung Tab Pro (http://www.pocket-lint.com/review/128268-samsung-galaxy-tabpro-10-1-review) those things are a beast. You won't feel and it in Pakistan at a god price under 1 lac at the moment and are better off getting it from the US. But if you decide to go the Surface route then you can pick up a Surface Pro 1st Gen for a good price.

Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 ...Im currently using it..and i would recommend it..considering the fact that you wanna draw stuff on it too.
Also..Surface Pro 2 is a good option too..i guess that might get outta ur budget

170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
