I is for… Internet sales slump. Several analysts and blog Kotaku tracked sales of PS3s over eBay and via Internet stores post US launch. The result? Initial demand spike, peaking after one month, then slumping.
J is for… Japanese price cut. Stores in Akihabara have already cut 20 per cent off the 20GB low-rent PS3 version. Apparently the Japanese are buying the Wii, not PS3.
K is for… Killzone. Sony's biggest hope for a true "killer app". But is it as good as it looks? (see also "L is for… Lies.")
L is for… Lies. A scandal erupted at E3 2005 after it emerged that videos of key titles including Killzone and MotorStorm were "faked" – not running on real PS3 hardware at all. Poor show, Sony.
