Suggestions required for building a new PC

Hello all!
Its so good to see everything is same here on Pakgamers, im returning to this platform after almost 6 or 7 years I guess.

I want to build a PC to run softwares like Adobe Premier and After effects. Since I am a media student I need a reasonable PC that will support these software. I am not really into PC gaming since I have console for that, my main concern is to build something that will make my life easier.

My budget is 30k for the system. I have 0 knowledge about PC's so please guide what can I make in 30k.

you should buy a used PC from Naz Plaza once the lock down ends. You would be able to get 2nd Gen i5 with some GPU as well

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
