Sorry boys, can't help much since I don't actively pester the relevant people anymore but having said that... I'll need the server IPs, if you have em then post here or PM me and I'll see what's going on. Routing is a tricky thing, it has to be corrected on both ends (ISP and server network) and sometimes one gets lucky and ISP or server side network automatically pick the route that is optimal.
seems legit but dunno if they can provide any info.
Also i wonder instead of butting heads with PTCL maybe try another ISP? I think worldcall or any transworld ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transworld_Associates ) but non PIE ISP has decent routing to EU. might be ok for dxb also. will confirm after asking around.
In terms of how the gameplay feels, I believe the animations are much less smoother in SFV than its predecessor. No I'm not talking about animations like throw cancel, rather the most basic animations like normal attacks. There's a split-second freeze when there are medium and high hits which kind of breaks the flow of the game. Will need to get used to that. If you still don't get what I'm talking about, I don't blame you.
Graphics IMO are a huge upgrade from SF4 and the music is absolutely sick. All stages tracks, Underground arena, Airplane stage, Kazuki stage etc. are brilliant except Newyork stage. However, I do agree it does feel different when you play the game after a break, as close normals are gone now and Heavy normals have more hit and block stun. Plus there are no Light to medium or heavy links.

i was practicing usf4 last night and i realized every rank i got was full bars and butter smooth dont know if they changed anything or what but my god that was smooth, what i noticed was after i changed my routing of nayatel to dubai its only connecting me to uae and dubai players which is freaking awesome and if its any indication of how sf5 will be i just cannot goddamn wait !!!!
Well iam or i was hardcore dota 2 player back in the day long story short dota2 has dubai server and south east asia server how nayatels routing works is your optimize for one of those servers if u have 50 60 ping in dubai server which they refer to as western optimization then ur sea server has 200 +ping and vice versa i had them optimize it for dubai and vola butter smooth sf4 matches with arbis before i had like 300 pin in dubai now i dont get over 90 and best of all blackops3 which was almost impossible to find a match now connects me to arbi dedicated servers and is butter smooth

It helped me alot during my SF4 tourney days in UK. At the moment it contains the frame data and moves of all except FANG. In addition to that this app also helps you figure out the frame traps and punishes.
I feel a lot of new players would be a little overwhelmed by stuff like frame traps and frame data. Do you have any videos or articles that would help a new player understand the fundamentals of the game? Like teaching new players when to jump, when to throw fireball, optimum move to use on wakeups, getting out of corner etc?

Good place to start would be VESPER ARCADE's tutorials.. Im posting the videos explaining Hit Boxes and frame data but i suggest ppl watch all the chapters ..
Some of the stuff from SF4 won't really carry over to SFV though. The new normal-priority system alone makes a big difference. There will probably be videos within a week of release that teach a lot of good stuff.
True but first ppl have to know how to read Frame data to understand the pure concept of Normal priority..... and its not new btw, 3rd Strike had that too.
Return of favorite characters maybe...?
What I don't get is the hate for Evil Ryu... Been playing him for a few weeks now and he seems such a cool character...

It's not so much hate as people just saying that Evil Ryu is too good a character. Yes he has less health than other characters, but he makes up for it with mobility, great damage output and pretty good normals.
Both have huge popularity and have been fan fav since SF4 was announced... ALEX was the main poster boy for SF3 series and Urien was the main boss in SF3 and 2nd impact.. They have a unique play style, especially urien... Fans kept asking for these 2 for sooo long and now that we are getting them is making every1 go crazy ..
no idea how that is a steal by wasting 3500 rupees per month and for games that are removed before you can finish them off.xbox gamepass is garbage with no local prices

Just finished Diablo 4 season in hurry to play Fallout 4 but gamepass released another banger in the form of Star Wars on April 25th. Gamepass is a steal man.
Is it just me or people lately seem to defend every bad game design decision made by the devs and try to give bullshit reasons for that? Or perhaps it's because I'm on reddit and discord
