I live in Phase 2. A friend of mine applied for a storm fiber 10mbit connection yesterday.
They're probably going to set it up for him in a weeks time.
If you want feedback concerning the 10mbit package, message me after a week. I'll let you know what he thinks.
I use PTCL myself. I am very much satisfied with the MSAG switch they made over an year ago(PTCL transformed(?)). I have 50mbit with fantastic line stats and a pretty good ping(HoN/Dota2). Speeds are always 'adequate' when not optimal.
They don't offer 50/100 so it won't entice me to switch just yet. Also, if I were to switch anytime, it'd be definitely rid myself of PTCL's ever ascending line-rent and WHT and not the performance or speed.

Yeap, this is 50. I get 6.2 MB/s (max) download and 5.5 average.
There's no reciprocal relation between my specific area connection with yours, so I didn't find it useful to post information other than SNR and attenuation.
This works for me in my area. Your mileage may vary. There are no guarantees it'll be the same for you.
I think load, equipment/hardware infrastructure, policy etc matter when it comes to different areas(provinces/cities).

Some basic queries about your msag. How far u are from connected msag? Did they install new underground copper wire from msag to dp's or running on old copper wires?
Exchange offering me direct connection from msag thats comes under 200 meters from my home And it would be befenical to get direct connection from msag through the ptcl drop wire because they install newly msag in my area in this month .
What's your opinion about it .

I'm sorry, I'm just a regular consumer. I don't have any specifics for you.
I signed up for PTCL's upgraded packages about an year ago and I suppose I got dealt a good hand(with The Almighty's will.)
I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform. Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
